The 2nd International Conference on Food and Technology will be held on 02-03 November 2019 in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia. The conference is hosted by Politeknik Negeri Jember. The event is intended to provide technical forum and research discussion related to current technology in food and agriculture.
Why Is Bali:
Bali is well known as the Island of the Gods or Heaven Island with unique culture, traditions and beautiful Balinese dances.
Bahasa Indonesia is the main language. Balinese, the local dialect is widely spoken by local people. Other languages such as English is also widely spoken.
AREA: 5,780 square kilometers
MAJOR INDUSTRIES: Tourism has become the major industry in Bali, which is primarily focused in the South. Agriculture is also one of the island’s highest employers.
CURRENCY: Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
CITIZENS: Bali’s population is over 4,225,384 spread all over the Island, including the smaller islands such as Nusa Penida, Nusa Ceningan, Nusa Lembongan, Serangan and Menjangan Island.
